CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All our products are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturers. Prior to shipping, we do several quality checks and proper packaging, ensuring safety of the product until delivery, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled by you only before being shipped by us. We have a ‘No Cancellation, No Refund’ policy once the product has been shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. In circumstances where you consider a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at contact@crystalcraver.com with a clear image of the product and the defect, within 48 hours from delivery.
The product must not display any signs of wear and tear and must be in the original product packaging.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, We will send you an email notifying you of the approval of your refund. When you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The amount will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7-10 days.

If in any case you don’t receive a refund within the above mentioned number of days, firstly check your account, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is posted.
