SHIPPING POLICY
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free all across India.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For International Orders, Shipping is calculated on the basis of Weight, Dimensions & Customer Location.
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the order total as they are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will reach out to the recipient via mail, email or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you.
Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most International Orders will be shipped 2-3 days after the payment has been processed. Once shipped by the courier, delivery of your package can range between 10-14 days depending on the delivery destination and the efficiency of your local postal service.
However, Domestic Orders are delivered within 4-5 Days.
SHIPPING PROCESS
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, crystalcraver.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Delivery Terms
TRANSIT TIME
Generally, Domestic Orders shipped are in transit for 2-3 days.
International Orders are in transit for about 8-10 days, depending on customer location.
DISPTACH TIME
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
The customer shall also be liable to pay additional charges in cases where change of address is requested after the order has been shipped by us.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, in this case the customer is liable to pay the shipping charges for us to re-ship the package.
DUTIES & TAXES
Goods & Services Tax ( GST )
GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
However, International Orders are exempted of GST, and are only liable to pay the shipping charges and Import Duties & Taxes determined by the customs agency of the destination country.
We do not collect Import Duties & Taxes from you. These charges shall be paid by you, to the Customs Agency of the destination country, upon arrival or sometimes prior to arrival of the package in your country.
