Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy

 

Refunds

All our products are genuine and thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. If you believe an item is defective, you must email us at contact@crystalcraver.com with a clear photo of the defect within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your request and share the return address. Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

The item must be unused, free from wear and tear, and returned in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, we maintain a No Cancellation, No Refund policy. To cancel an order prior to shipping, please email us promptly at contact@crystalcraver.com.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective and reported within the 48-hour window. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
