Free Shipping in India
Shipping within India is free on all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges apply. International Shipping For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order total. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and must be paid directly by the customer upon or before delivery. Crystal Craver has no control over these fees and cannot be held responsible for them.

Delivery Timelines

• Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4–5 business days.
• International orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment and delivered in 10–14 business days, depending on location and local postal efficiency.

Dispatch & Transit
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Once shipped, domestic orders are in transit for 2–3 days, while international orders may take 8–10 days. Please note that unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance may affect delivery times.

Address Changes & Re-shipping
You may request a change of delivery address at any time before dispatch. Address cannot be changed after the order is dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Taxes & Duties

•  India: Goods & Services Tax (GST) is already included in the prices displayed on our website.
• International: GST does not apply. Customers are responsible for paying import duties and taxes directly to their local customs agency.
